Get in TouchCremated ashes are finely ground bone fragments. Cremation is the process of the reduction of a body by intense heat or chemicals, leaving the skeletal remains. The skeletal remains are then removed and ground into fine particles, resembling ashes. There is very little, if any, "ash" in cremated ashes, it is 99.9% bone.
Yes. People have historically assumed cremated ashes will nourish the surrounding soil, but this is not the case. We have worked with independent scientists and laboratories to confirm that the pH and sodium levels in cremated ash is far too high to provide any nutritional benefit for plant life.
Let Your Love Grow blends soil and ash to offset the natural toxicity of cremated remains. Our mixture lowers the pH level and dilutes the sodium in order to unlock the nutrients held in ash. Learn more about our proven method.
No soil, potting or otherwise, is capable of lowering the pH and sodium levels that prevent cremated ashes from releasing their nutrients. Let Your Love Grow mixes perfectly with potting soil in order to create a healthy environment for plant life.
Not at all. Let Your Love Grow is designed for everyone. Each kit comes with simple instructions and a measuring scoop to ensure you’re using the correct ratio of ashes to soil. Watch how it only takes a few minutes to create a lifetime of remembrance with Let Your Love Grow.
Yes, but there is a small catch. After blending cremated ash with Let Your Love Grow, the mixture needs to sit for at least 120 days (FOR SCATTERING ONLY!). This will give the ashes time to absorb the mixture and release the nutrients that will nurture plant life wherever you decide to scatter.
Any! The beauty of our product is that it creates a nurturing soil environment fit for any plant or tree. Choose something that represents the special bond you and your loved one shared, or stop by your local nursery to find plants that are right for your local area.
Certainly. One memorial can reflect multiple lives. You can even blend a person’s cremated ashes with their beloved pet’s ashes to create a touching tribute to their special bond.
No problem. Cremated ashes remain stable for years after cremation and may be combined with Let Your Love Grow at any time to create a living memorial.
No. Although the cylinder is 100% recyclable and biodegradable, the most effective way to create a living memorial is to place your Let Your Love Grow mixture directly into the earth, planter or landscaping.
Great question. Biodegradable urns do exactly what they promise: they break down into the earth over time. However, the ashes inside will remain in their current, toxic state. Their high pH and sodium content will cause plant roots to grow horizontally and avoid the area forever. Let Your Love Grow mixes with cremated ash to restore nature’s balance. Our organic mixture naturally lowers the pH level and dilutes the sodium, allowing the ashes to release their nutrients directly into the environment. Even if you plan to use a biodegradable urn, we recommend using Let your Love Grow so that you can bury with peace of mind.
